Before your facial appointments, we ask that you pause using strong retinoids or acids three to five days in advance to avoid irritation. If you are planning to use your neurotoxin credit, let us know when you schedule so we can block out the appropriate time.
We respect your time. Most membership treatments take between 45 and 60 minutes. When you arrive, you will be guided to a private treatment room. Memberships are a one year (12-month from sign up) commitment. If you need to cancel before the year is up, an early termination fee may apply. We find that patients who stay for the full term see the best return on their investment.
Treatments do not roll over to the next month. However, if you cannot make it, you can transfer that month’s service to a friend or family member. It makes a wonderful gift and ensures your service is never wasted.
