When Dr. Jaime Harper and Dr. Stanley Harper were trying to determine the best Indianapolis location in which to open Sharper Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, they were drawn to Avon – not only because it was a rapidly growing community but also because, at the time, it lacked the types of services that they wanted to offer.
