AccuTite uses a radiofrequency assisted lipolysis (RFAL) to treat laxity in the skin, melt fat, and tighten skin. This non-surgical and energy-based procedure encourages the production of collagen and natural tissue rejuvenation.
What is AccuTite?
AccuTite is the smallest minimally invasive device on the market and designed for small or hard to reach areas. By delivering less energy, AccuTite can be used in smaller spaces. It is ideal for patients who need precise fat reduction or skin contraction. And the best part is that AccuTite leaves no scars and has minimal downtime!
The AccuTite Procedure:
AccuTite is an in office procedure performed by our very own, board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Stanley Harper. During the consultation, he will discuss the details of what to expect during and after the procedure and answer all questions.
The procedure starts with a special medication to numb the areas to be treated. The AccuTite device consists of a fine probe or a cannula, that is inserted through a small incision into the fatty layer of the skin beneath the surface. Radiofrequency is actually delivered using two probes: one under the skin and another above the skin. The energy between them impacts tissue from both directions using controlled heating. The heating of the inner and outer tissues creates the contraction of existing collagen and produces new collagen beneath the skin.
AccuTite takes up to an hour to complete melting the fat cells and tightening the skin for a new, rejuvenated appearance. There is little to no discomfort and minimal, if any, downtime. The AccuTite has built-in safeguards, including real-time measurements of skin and fat temperature and impedance monitoring for the patient’s comfort and safety.
What Areas Does AccuTite Treat?
AccuTite can be effective on the face as well as other areas of the body:
- Periorbital eye area
- Nasolabial folds
- Lower face
- Double chin
